Our automated zinc-coating and phosphating plant assures the best protection for products. The coating process can be adapted for any application, regardless of how high the requirements are, and can be made with either Zn, ZnNi or zinc phosphating.

Product characteristics are verified in agreement with EN13913 or based on the customer’s personalized requirements.
The characteristic tests assure that the delivered parts are in line with the stiffness and other requirements. The static tests are conducted on Zwick testing machines up to 250kN, at room temperature or in temperature-controlled chamber (from -70 up to 250 degrees Celsius).
The life cycle of the parts is evaluated by loading them in the radial, axial, torsional, conical or combined directions, simulating the real-life load situations.
The dynamic testing is performed with Instron machines, capable of single of multiaxial testing up to 250kN, and conical and torsional testing of up to 4000 Nm.
